All improvements covered by this chapter must be constructed in accordance with, and materials used must be in compliance with the State Department of Transportation’s (IDOT’s) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, including Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions, IDOT’s Bureau of Design and Environment Manual and IDOT’s Highway Standards, and/or Standard Specifications for Water and Sewer Construction in Illinois.
