§ 115.01 PERMITS TO CROSS COUNTY ROADS.
   The County Board shall allow cable television companies who have a franchise from a city or village in the county to cross or go along county roads for the purpose of carrying on their business. Permits to cross or go along county roads shall be issued by the Highway Department in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Department.

§ 115.02 CABLE TELEVISION ORDINANCE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The Cable Television Ordinance adopted August 26, 1982 and as amended from time to time, is adopted by reference and incorporated as a part of this code as if fully set out herein.
