§ 112.02  PERMIT FEE; DISBURSEMENT.
   (A)   The annual permit fee shall be $100 for all races and events held in a calendar year; however, no fee shall be charged a county fair association, state fair or other not-for-profit association or corporation. Application for a permit shall be made and the permit fee shall be paid on or before July 1 of each year. No permit shall be issued unless the fee is fully paid in advance of issuance.
   (B)   The County Board shall pay one-half of each fee into the county treasury and shall transfer the remainder to the road and bridge fund of the township or road district where the race or event takes place.
