Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500. In all actions for the violation of any provision of this chapter, a warrant for the arrest of the accused may issue. The person upon whom any fine is imposed, upon the order of the court, may be committed to the county jail until the fine and costs are fully paid.
