§ 75.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Every person guilty of violating §§ 75.01 through 75.03 shall be fined not more than $500 for each violation. The offenses may be satisfied without a court appearance by a written guilty plea and payment of fines, penalties and costs in accordance with State Supreme Court Rule 529.
   (B)   Every person guilty of violating any section of §§ 75.15 through 75.24 shall be fined not more than $500 for each violation. The offenses may be satisfied without a court appearance by a written guilty plea and payment of fines, penalties and costs in accordance with State Supreme Court Rule 529.
