Civil fees and criminal assessments shall meet the requirements of Section 27.1b of the Clerks of Courts Act, ILCS Ch. 705, Act 105, § 27.1b, and the Criminal and Traffic Assessment Act, ILCS Ch. 705, Act 105, § 135 et seq.
