§ 37.02 COUNTY LAW LIBRARY ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The county shall establish and maintain a county law library to be located in the County Court House at Joliet, Illinois, for the use of the judges of all courts of record in the county, the State’s Attorney and his or her staff, magistrates, other public officers and the attorneys and members of the public of the county.
      (1)   Pursuant to the provisions of ILCS Ch. 55, Act 5, § 5-39001, the Clerk of the Circuit Court for the county, is directed to charge and collect a County Law Library fee in the sum of$20 and thereafter in each of those cases authorized by that statute and which are filed in the Circuit Court for the county.
      (2)   The Clerk of the Circuit Court for the county is directed to pay over each month to the County Treasurer all sums so collected to be retained by him or her in his or her special Law Library Fund and disbursed in accordance with that statute.
   (B)   The Chairperson of the County Board shall serve upon the clerk of each trial court of record in the county written notice that the County Board has acted to establish and maintain a county law library.
