§ 42.09 PETITION TO MEMBER OR PUBLIC OFFICIAL

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to infringe in any way the right of a citizen to lawfully petition a Commissioner or any other county official as guaranteed by the constitutions of the United States and the State of Illinois.
