§ 39.07 CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS POLICY.
   (A)   The county desires to put in place a process for screening and granting access to qualified charitable organizations in the county.
   (B)   The County Board hereby authorizes and adopts the Charitable Organizations Policy, attached to Resolution No. 13-98, passed April 18, 2013.
