§ 131.03 PERMITTED POSSESSION AND CONSUMPTION BY UNDER AGE PERSONS.
   The following activities are excluded from § 131.02 and may lawfully be engaged in by underage persons:
   (A)   The possession and dispensing or consumption of wine in the performance of a religious service or ceremony; and
   (B)   The consumption of alcoholic liquor under the direct supervision and approval of the underage person's parent(s) or guardian(s) in the privacy of the parent's or guardian's home, provided, that this exception shall not apply if the underage person leaves the parent's or guardian's home while still under the influence of alcoholic liquor.
   (C)   The possession and delivery of alcoholic liquors in the course of a person's employment when otherwise allowed by the Illinois Complied Statutes.
