(A) Any person found to be in violation of any provision of § 131.02(A) or (B) shall be fined not less than $100 and not more than $500, plus the administrative fee.
(B) Any person found to be in violation of any provision of § 131.04(A) shall be fined not less than $200 and not more than $500, plus the administrative fee, and may be ordered to perform up to 25 community service hours at a program or facility approved by the Administrative Hearing Officer or presiding Judge.
(C) Any person found to be in violation of any § 131.04(B) may be fined not less than $200 and not more than $500, plus the administrative fee, and/or required to participate in a program approved by the presiding judge or hearing officer.
