§ 74.08 OBSTRUCTIONS TO TRAFFIC UNLAWFUL.

It is unlawful for any person to leave a motor vehicle unattended upon any bridge, viaduct, or tunnel, or any approach thereto, or to leave unattended a motor vehicle in a public street which is parked in such a manner as to cause or constitute an obstruction to traffic.
