Whenever any motor vehicle is found to be parked in violation of this chapter with respect to rules prohibiting parking a vehicle in a designated area or according to a designated manner, or with respect to rules restricting the time a vehicle may be parked in a certain location, the following provisions for penalties, plus the administrative fee, shall apply:
(A) For violations of general parking violations, §§ 74.02 through 74.10, and for violations of Chapter 73, the fine for each offense shall be not less than $35 nor more than $120; however:
(1) If the fine is paid within 14 days after the issuance of the citation, the fine shall be $35.
(2) If the fine is not paid within 14 days after the issuance of the citation, the violation shall be sent through the administrative adjudication process.
(B) For a violation of §§ 74.11, the fine shall be not less than $250, plus all administrative fees.
(1) If the fine is paid within 14 days of issuance of the citation, the fine shall be $250 plus the cost of removal and storage of the vehicle.
(2) If the fine is not paid within 14 days after the issuance of the citation, the violation shall be sent through the administrative adjudication process.
(1) If the fine is paid within 14 days of issuance of the citation, the fine shall be $50.
(2) If the fine is not paid within 14 days of issuance of the citation, the violation shall be sent through the administrative adjudication process.
