§ 43.16 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR MAIL-IN TICKET.
   For each violation in which a respondent is not required to appear before the Hearing Officer and pleads guilty and pays the required fine by mail there shall be a $15 administrative fee assessed against the respondent for each violation in addition to the penalties, fines and other costs imposed.
