§ 43.09 ADMINISTRATIVE SEARCH WARRANT.
   Whether forwarding a matter to the Circuit Court or Administrative Adjudication, the Code Enforcement Officer or any other agent of the County shall obtain a search warrant or administrative search warrant as required by law search of a person's property if consent is not obtained.
