§ 43.08  PROCEDURE FOR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE AND BUILDING CODE VIOLATIONS.
   Prior to a Code Enforcement Officer forwarding any violation notice to administrative adjudication, the Code Enforcement Officer shall follow the notice and right to cure procedure as outlined in the currently adopted International Property Maintenance Code however in no case shall the Code Enforcement Officer give less than 30 days notice of the violation prior to issuing a ticket requiring appearance at an Administrative Adjudication hearing.
