§ 43.04 ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION NOT EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.
The adoption by the county of a system of administrative adjudications does not preclude the county from using other methods to enforce its ordinances, including, but not limited to, pursuing any and all actions and relief allowed at law and in equity in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, Will County, Illinois. Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to allow for administrative adjudication of an ordinance violation in the case where a state statute or administrative rule provides for a specific method or procedure to be followed, other than administrative adjudication.
