The county hereby adopts division 5-43 of the Illinois Counties Code, as amended, ILCS Ch. 55, Act 5, §§ 5-43005 et seq., in its current form and as it may be amended from time to time, for the administrative adjudication of violations of County ordinances and offenses under the Illinois Vehicle Code (or similar offense that is a traffic regulation governing the movement of vehicles and except for any reportable offense under Section 6-204 of the Illinois Vehicle Code).
