(A) The County Board has created an Impress Fund in the Sheriff’s Department to provide cash advances or reimbursements to employees and officers of the Sheriff’s Department in discharging their official duties. The Sheriff shall be the custodian of the fund.
(B) Reimbursements to the Impress Fund shall be made from the appropriate line items of the budget after approval of the County Board in the manner prescribed by the Board’s rules and regulations.
