§ 39.05 SENIOR CITIZEN HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION.
   In compliance with 35 ILCS Ch. 35, Act 200, § 15-170, the County Board authorizes and directs the Supervisor of Assessments to set forth policy that once a senior citizen has been granted homestead exemption under this section, the person qualifying need not reapply for the exemption.
