§ 39.02 ADULT DETENTION FACILITIES; NO SMOKING POLICY.
   (A)   The County Board prohibits smoking in the present and new adult detention facilities.
   (B)   Visitors will be advised of the “No Smoking Policy” and a violation of the policy will result in a $10 fine.
