(A) There is created the County Emergency Services and Disaster Agency (ESDA) to prevent, minimize, repair and alleviate injury or damage resulting from disaster caused by enemy attack, sabotage or other hostile action or from natural or human-made disaster in accordance with the State Emergency Services and Disaster Agency Act of 1988, ILCS Ch. 20, Act 3305, §§ 1 et seq.
(B) This ESDA shall consist of the Coordinator and those additional members that may be selected by the Coordinator.
