The County Department of Finance shall have the following duties:
(A) Maintain the general ledger system;
(B) Enter the accounts payable;
(C) Develop and track the county budget;
(D) Work with the County Auditor to produce the annual CAFR;
(E) Present a monthly report to the County Board which shall include an overview of revenues to date, projected revenues, expenditures to date, projected expenditures and an itemized list of paid claims for the previous month; and
(F) Other duties as may be assigned by the County Executive or the County Board.
