(A) The County Board approves the establishment of a Road Improvement Impact Fee Advisory Committed pursuant to ILCS Ch. 605, Act 5, §§ 5-901 et seq.
(B) The County Executive shall appoint members to the Advisory Committee with the advice and consent of the County Board in conformance with the requirements of ILCS Ch. 605, Act 5, § 5-907.
(C) The Advisory Committee shall assist in the creation of an impact fee ordinance.
