(A) The Stormwater Management Planning Committee shall consist of twice the number of current County Board Districts. One-half of the Committee shall be appointed by the County Executive from the appropriate districts. The remaining one-half of the Committee shall be appointed as authorized by ILCS Ch. 55, Act 5, § 5-1062. Members of the Committee shall include a Chair and Vice-Chair, one of whom shall be a county representative and one a municipal representative.
(B) The districts shall be set up by current County Board Districts, as adopted by the County Board on November 2, 2021, and as follows.
