The purpose of the Stormwater Management Committee is to develop a comprehensive countywide stormwater management plan and implementation program. Staff support for the Committee shall be provided by the County Land Use Department. The County Planning and Zoning Commission shall review the Stormwater Management Plan as developed and forward its recommendation to the Committee and to the County Board’s Land Use Committee prior to their consideration.
