(A) Rules and regulations for the control of communicable diseases issued and promulgated by the State Department of Public Health, in force and effect on and after September 1, 1945, are incorporated by reference as though fully written herein, as the rules and regulations for the control of communicable disease in and for the county.
(B) This resolution shall be referred to and known as County Health Regulation No. 1.
