Licenses issued under this chapter may be revoked by the City Manager for the following reasons:
(a) Fraud or misrepresentation contained in the registration;
(b) Fraud, misrepresentation or false statements made in the course of conducting the activity;
(c) Violation of Section 731.03 or any other provision of these Codified Ordinances;
(d) Conducting the business in an unlawful manner or in such a manner as to constitute a breach of the peace or a menace to the health, safety or general welfare of the public.
