642.28   TRESPASSING WITHIN SEWERAGE SYSTEM.
   (a)   No person, without privilege to do so, shall:
      (1)   Open or remove a grate or cover that is part of or located above a sewer catch basin, diversion chamber or manhole;
      (2)   Enter a sewer catch basin, diversion chamber or manhole;
      (3)   Enter a sewer pipe, storm sewer pipe or any other part of the City sewerage system;
      (4)   Enter a sewer construction area that is marked "No Trespassing" or that is fenced in or barricaded;
      (5)   Enter a trench, ditch, hole or excavation that is part of the sewer construction program;
      (6)   Play on, sit on or tamper with any equipment that is located in the sewer construction area; or
      (7)   Being in the area of sewer construction, negligently fail or refuse to leave upon being notified to do so by an employee of the city or by an employee of the contractor who is making the sewer improvements.
   (b)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
