642.26 APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS.

(a) Any person having previously been convicted of a theft offense under this General Offenses Code or State law shall, on a subsequent offense, be prosecuted pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. Title 29.

(b) This section shall not apply to Section 642.05, 642.16, 642.18, 642.19, 642.21 and 642.27.
