642.24 UNAUTHORIZED POSSESSION OF CITY PROPERTY.

(a) No person shall, without being authorized, have in his control or possession any equipment, tools, implements or other property belonging to the City.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
