(a) No person shall, unreasonably and without lawful purpose, follow, pursue, lay hands on or otherwise molest or insult any minor under the age of eighteen years or any female.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
