612.04 LIQUOR CONSUMPTION IN MOTOR VEHICLE, PARK OR PARKING LOT.

(a) No person shall consume any beer or intoxicating liquor in a motor vehicle. This section does not apply to persons described in Section 612.07(d).

(b) No person shall consume beer or intoxicating liquor on premises owned by the City used as a part of a park and known as the Willard Municipal Park or on premises publicly or privately owned and customarily used for public parking.

(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
