All truck traffic shall be prohibited on the first north-south alley west of North Main Street from Woodland Avenue to an easterly extension of the south line of the building now housing Harvey's Market, which fronts on Fink Street.
Signs reading "No Trucks Beyond This Point" shall be erected at Woodland Avenue at such alley and at a point in such alley on an easterly extension of the south line of the building housing Harvey's Market.
