432.22   DRIVING AND PARKING UPON SIDEWALKS, STREET LAWNS OR CURBS.
   (a)   No person shall drive, stand or park a vehicle on a sidewalk, street lawn area or the curb of a street, except when entering or leaving a permanent or temporary driveway or when lawfully authorized.
   (b)   This section shall not apply to children's tricycles or bicycles except as may be otherwise provided in this Traffic Code.
   (c)   This section shall not apply to commercial loading zones abutting the premises of commercial establishments when such commercial loading zones are created by the Director of Safety under authority of Chapter 406 and are clearly marked by signs erected by the Director.
