Any violations of the rules and regulations promulgated in connection with this chapter regarding parking shall be subject to civil enforcement as provided for in Chapters 452 and 454 of the Codified Ordinances. Any person violating any rules and regulations promulgated in connection with this chapter other than parking violations shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to the penalties provided for in Sections 408.01 and 408.02.
