406.01 DIVISION OF TRAFFIC ENGINEERING AND SAFETY CREATED.

Pursuant to Section 5.07 of the City Charter, a Division of Traffic Engineering and Safety is hereby created, and the Director of Safety shall be the executive head of such Division.
