(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense.
(b) Whoever divulges information in violation of Section 197.09(d) shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Each disclosure shall constitute a separate offense.
In addition to the above penalty, any employee of the City who violates Section 197.09(d) relative to the disclosure of confidential information shall be guilty of an offense punishable by immediate dismissal.
