1341.09 REVIEW.

On or before November 1, 2022, and every subsequent two years while this legislation in place, the City Manager or their designee shall review this program and provide a report to City Council regarding the program's impact and effectiveness. At this time, they shall make a recommendation to continue, modify, or end this program. (Ord. 5836-19. Passed 12-16-19.)
