Under-speed vehicles shall be registered with the City of Willard on or before May 1st annually. The City of Willard incurs administration costs in providing materials for the registration of under-speed vehicles, approved stickers which shall be placed upon the under-speed vehicles, and in conducting inspections of the under-speed vehicles. Therefore, an Administration/Inspection fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be paid annually to the City of Willard before a permit is granted. Registration tags will be issued by the Willard Police Department after a satisfactory inspection of the under-speed vehicle has been completed. (Ord. 5832-19, passed 10-7- 19.)
