662.07 DESIGNATION OF CITY MANAGER OR CHIEF OF POLICE; CONTRACTS.

(a) For the purposes of this chapter, the City Manager and the Chief of Police includes any subordinate employee designated by the City Manager or the Chief of Police to carry out the provisions of this chapter.

(b) The City is authorized to enter into such contracts and agreements with towing service providers, motor vehicle salvage dealers, or scrap metal processing facilities as may be necessary to carry out this chapter.
