662.01   DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter, the following words have the meanings indicated:
   (a)   "Motor vehicle" has the same meaning as defined in R.C. § 4501.01 provided that for the purposes of this section the motor vehicle does not need to be operational.
   (b)   "Junk motor vehicle" means any motor vehicle meeting all of the following requirements:
      (1)   Is three years old or older;
      (2)   Is extensively damaged, such damage including but not limited to any of the following: missing wheels, tires, motor, or transmission;
      (3)   Is apparently inoperable;
      (4)   Has a fair market value of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) or less.
   (c)   "Abandoned junk motor vehicle" means a junk motor vehicle, that meets one of the following requirements:
      (1)   Has been left on private property for four hours or longer without the permission of the person having the right to the possession of the property;
      (2)   Has been left on a public street or other property open to the public for the purposes of vehicular travel or parking, or upon the right-of-way of any road or highway, for forty-eight hours or longer;
      (3)   Has been left on private property with or without the permission of the person having the right to the possession of the property for forty-eight hours or longer after service of the notice required under Section 662.03; or
      (4)   Has been left on private property which property is vacant for forty-eight hours or longer after service of the notice required under Section 662.03.
   (d)   "Collector's vehicle" means an older vehicle with enough historical interest to be collectable and worth preserving or restoring rather than scrapping.
