177.03 CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY.

(a) The Volunteer Fire Fighters' Dependents Fund Board shall, forthwith, hold an organizational meeting at which time the Board shall elect a Chairman and a Secretary. Such Secretary shall keep a permanent and complete record of the proceedings of the Board.

(b) The Secretary shall have all other duties which may be thereon imposed by law.
