177.01 ESTABLISHMENT; POWERS.

There is hereby established a Volunteer Fire Fighters' Dependents Fund Board to administer the provisions of the Volunteer Fire Fighters' Dependents Fund Act (Ohio R. C. Chapter 146) for the Fire Division. The Board shall have and exercise all of the powers conferred upon it by State law.
