Effective January 1, 2015, a monthly capital charge shall be charged to each user connected to the City’s water system, to replace the utility capital charge previously provided for in Section 923.08(f) of the Codified Ordinances. The water capital charge shall be charged monthly to each user, in the amounts set forth in Attachment A following this chapter.
