The City may perform laboratory analysis of water samples upon request. The charges for each analysis shall be reviewed annually and established by the Water Plant Operator with the approval by the City Manager. The City Manager shall inform City Council of the water analysis changes. A schedule of the Water Laboratory Rates shall be posted at the Water Plant and made available upon request.
