167.02 PERMANENT STATUS.

When this section becomes effective (Ordinance 1419, passed June 18, 1962), all persons then holding positions not included among those exempted by the City Charter shall be on a permanent status if they were employed in such positions on November 16, 1959, the date the City Charter became effective.
