The City Engineer shall be accountable to the City Manager and shall perform the following duties:
(a) Prepare engineering drafts, plans and drawings requested by the City Manager;
(b) Render engineering advice and assistance to Council, the City Manager and to the various departments and divisions of the City as may be requested; and
(c) Perform any other duties assigned by the City Manager not inconsistent with the City Charter, State law or other ordinances.
