The City shall provide the entire uniform and necessary equipment at the initial employment of police officers and in future budgets a sum shall be established per man for replacement of worn uniforms and gear.
Any officer leaving the service of the City shall return all furnished uniforms and equipment prior to receiving his final check and any officer leaving the service of the City voluntarily within one year of employment shall forfeit one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the cost of the uniform and equipment.
