135.06 STAFF OF CITY MANAGER.

   The following personnel are hereby declared to be members of the City Manager’s staff:

   Law Director

   Safety Director

   Chief of the Police Department

   Chief of the Fire Department

   Public Works Director

   Superintendent of Maintenance Department

   Superintendent of Water Production Department

   Superintendent of Water Pollution Control Department

   Superintendent of Parks and Recreation Department

   Civil Defense Director

   City Engineer

   Code Enforcement Officer

   Purchasing Agent

   Personnel Director

   Secretary to the City Manager

   Administrative Assistant

   Any reference to these or to the Department of Law, Department of Safety, Department of Public Works, Department of Engineering, Purchasing Agent or Personnel Director in the City Charter, in State law or in these Codified Ordinances shall be construed to refer to the City Manager or the member of his or her staff who is appointed by the City Manager to the staff. The City Manager may perform in any or all of the capabilities for which he or she is qualified by training, education or license.
